1. Introduction
Welcome to Meredith Sand Design. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Returns
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Unless otherwise noted, all items are custom made; please allow two weeks for delivery.

Please note the following regarding returns and refunds:

  • We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

6. Shipping Costs
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer; it must be sent to Meredith Sand Designs. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new or exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Variations

  • Cards/Textiles: Some designs can be modified; please contact us to discuss variations and feasibility.

  • Concept Development: We are happy to discuss new concept developments. A deposit is required for development.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Meredith Sand Design. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
Meredith Sand Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
